Scott Novak

Scott Novak is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in the visual effects industry. Currently employed at Weta Digital since January 2016, Scott specializes in software engineering. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a pipeline developer at MPC from September 2012 to September 2014, where responsibilities included developing customizable automated rendering tools and implementing camera film offsets within the pipeline. Scott's experience also includes work at Rising Sun Pictures from November 2009 to February 2012, focusing on the development and support of computer graphics software tools for Maya, Nuke, and Houdini. Additionally, Scott briefly contributed to Culture Amp in July 2009, where involvement included exploring Agile development concepts using Ruby on Rails. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from the University of Adelaide, completed in 2009.
