Kerina Koch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial operations and a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and culture. Currently serving as the Equity, Inclusion, and Culture Manager at Laird Norton Wetherby since January 2018, Koch also holds the position of Co-Chair and Founding Member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at Wetherby Asset Management. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Financial Operations Associate and Financial Operations Associate at Wetherby Asset Management, as well as positions at Funding Circle US and Gordian Compliance Solutions, LLC. Koch began a career in finance as a Registered Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group and contributed to the UC Davis Annual Fund as a Lead Student Fundraiser while pursuing Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
