Billy Deans

Billy Deans is a seasoned professional in the utility engineering field, currently serving as a Senior SUE Analyst at WSP USA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Billy held the position of SUE Lead at Wetherill Engineering, Inc. from May 2020 onwards, and previously worked as a Lead Analyst at SEPI Engineering and Construction, Inc. from March 2019 to March 2021. Billy's extensive experience in utilities locating began at USIC, where a tenure from June 1996 to October 2011 established a strong foundation in the industry.
