Katrina Salazar

Katrina Salazar is the CEO and Founder of weThink, Inc., a company focused on team-intelligence technology aimed at enhancing team dynamics and skills development within organizations. Katrina currently serves as an Advisor and Board Member for Connect Recruiting Network, leveraging industry expertise to improve recruitment processes. Previously, Katrina was involved with Stadia Ventures as a portfolio company, and participated as a Fellow in Transcend Network, which supports founders in shaping the future of learning and work. Prior roles include CEO and Founder of Flourish Academics, COO of NakaMEDIA, and Educational Consultant for Salazar Educational Services. Katrina holds a BA in Philosophy, Humanities, and Music from Biola University, and additional education from Gnomon.
