Tomas Barazza

Tomas Barazza has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Their most recent role is as a Partner at MAIZE | H-FARM Innovation, where they work with large, established companies facing innovation challenges. Prior to this, Tomas founded and served as CEO of WETHOD, a company they established in 2015.

From 2017 to 2021, Tomas worked as a Partner at H-FARM, a renowned innovation platform that supports the creation of new business models and the digital transformation of young people and Italian companies. In this role, they played a significant part in helping over 100 international brands take advantage of digital opportunities.

Before joining H-FARM, Tomas was the CEO of Digital Accademia, where they led the innovation school and company in knowledge management, innovation, corporate training, communication, storytelling, and employee engagement. Tomas also served as a Co-founder and Managing Director at Digital Accademia.

In 2007, Tomas founded LOG607, a company that designs and creates immersive games and interactive solutions. As the Founder and CEO, they aimed to utilize interaction as a tool for learning, relationship development, and achieving unique experiences. Tomas worked there until 2013.

Tomas's earlier career experiences include working as the New Ventures Director at H-FARM, a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, a Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and an Organization Senior Analyst at Benetton. Tomas began their professional journey as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

Throughout their career, Tomas has demonstrated their abilities to drive innovation, support digital transformation, and lead organizations in facing complex challenges.

Tomas Barazza attended Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia from 1987 to 1993, where they studied Economia Aziendale and obtained a degree in the same field. Following this, they pursued further education at Scuola Superiore 'Sant' Anna' di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento from 1993 to 1994, where they completed a Master's program in Management Innovazione.
