Elizabeth Waters Johnson

Elizabeth Waters Johnson, M.A., serves as the Archeological Laboratory Manager and Principal Archeologist at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI), where responsibilities since 2005 have included artifact analysis, cataloging, and database management. Previous positions include Senior Associate Archeologist and the Assistant Laboratory Manager at WSSI, as well as roles as Laboratory Supervisor at Paleo Research Institute and Intern at the Smithsonian Institution's Anthropology Department. Elizabeth also held positions as a Grant Assistant at the Institute of Museum and Library Services and Educator at the National Air and Space Museum. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Anthropology with a focus on Museum Training from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology-Archaeology from Fort Lewis College.
