Mark McElroy

Mark McElroy currently serves as the Manager of Environmental Services for the Hampton Roads Division at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI), a role held since November 2018, focused on staff management, project oversight, and client relationship development. Prior to WSSI, McElroy held the position of Manager of Environmental Services at Kerr Environmental Services Corp. and served as a Sr. Project Manager at Stantec, providing regulatory and permitting support under the Clean Water Act. McElroy's experience includes significant roles at ARCADIS U.S. as Principal Scientist and Resource Manager, as well as positions at Williamsburg Environmental Group, Tetra Tech, William H. Gordon Associates, and Versar, with a strong foundation in environmental operations, project management, and regulatory compliance. McElroy holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's Degree in Wildlife Management from the University of Maine.
