Carolina Witt has over 10 years of work experience. Carolina began their career in 2009 as a Housekeeping Trainee at Barcelo Hotels & Resorts and an Office Coordinator at Grand Circle Corporation. Carolina then moved on to Red Mangrove Inn, Galapagos Lodges, where they were a F&B Trainee. In 2011, they became an Events Trainee at Sheraton and a CCS Trainee at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in 2012. In 2014, they took on a Reservations Agent role at Cotococha Amazon Lodge. From 2015 to 2022, they worked as a Sales Executive, Direct Sales Coordinator, and Account Executive at Metropolitan Touring. Currently, they are an Account Executive at WeTravel.

Carolina Witt attended Glion Institute of Higher Education from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hospitality Administration/Management. Carolina also attended Universidad de Las Américas (EC) from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
