Pere Valles Molle has had an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Pere began their career in 1991 at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as a Group Manager and gained international experience in countries such as Bulgaria and Romania. In 1997, they joined Bere Ciuc as the Sales and Marketing Director. In 1999, they founded inetcorner, a company in Barcelona that aimed to pioneer the concept of internet coffee shops in Catalonia. In 2002, Pere Valles joined WETRON automation technology, a company specializing in automation and control of industrial installations. Pere held different managerial positions and became the CEO of the company in 2007. Throughout their career, Pere Valles has also been involved in the establishment and management of subsidiaries such as WETRON Brasil, WETRON México, WETRON Ibérica, and WETRON components. In 2018, they founded WECOBOTS by WETRON, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Pere Valles Molle completed their education with the following degrees:

- BSc in Paper Engineering from The University of Manchester, from 1986 to 1989.

- BUP - COU from Súnion, Barcelona, from 1982 to 1986.
