Tapio Niemi

Tapio Niemi has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tapio started their career in 1992 at Maanrakennus Toivo Niemi ky, where they worked as a machinery mechanic and also performed driver tasks. Tapio then worked at Sandvik Tamrock in 2000 as a machinery mechanic, where they assembled rock drilling rigs. In 2003, they joined Satakunnan Autotalo as the Aftermarket Manager, overseeing the operations of the car repair shop, spare parts, and body repair shop. Tapio managed a team of technicians, sheet metal workers, supervisors, and spare parts salesmen. In 2019, they moved to Palin Oy as the Head of Technical Services. Currently, they are the Head of Technical Services at Wetteri Oyj since June 2023.

Tapio Niemi pursued their education in the field of automobile and automotive mechanics technology/engineering. Tapio attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003, where they received a degree in Kone. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they completed their studies in Kone ja metalliosasto (machine and metal department) at Pohjois-Satakunnan Ammatti-instituutti.
