Phil Holliday

Phil Holliday is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in managing and expanding franchise operations. As Vice President of Operations at Wetzel's Pretzels, LLC since April 2008, Phil oversees West Coast operations, encompassing over 150 franchised and eight corporate locations, and leads a team of three District Managers across California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. Previously, Phil served as Field Business Manager, responsible for 45+ franchised and five company store locations, contributing to training new owners and managers. Prior to Wetzel's Pretzels, Phil held multiple roles at iSold It from January 2004 to March 2008, including Director of Marketplace Management and District Manager, focusing on rapid system development and franchise growth from one to over 300 stores in two years. Phil's career began at Mount Sinai Memorial Parks as a Systems Analyst from 1999 to 2004.
