Leonore Morgenstern has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leonore is currently the Director of Strategic Development at WEVE Acceleration, formerly NUMA New York. Prior to this role, they served as a Program Manager, Learning Expedition at the same company. Before joining WEVE Acceleration, Leonore worked at CybelAngel as a Data Leaks Specialist and Operations and Marketing Assistant. Leonore also worked as a Corporate Innovation Coordinator at LIBERTÉ LIVING-LAB and as a Connecteur étudiants at Paris&Co. Additionally, they were involved with Le Lab de l'Education as an Operations member, where they organized hackathons and roundtable panels to promote innovative educational practices. Leonore's early experience includes an internship at LASCO-PHILEPOL-Laboratoire sens et compréhension du monde contemporain.
Leonore Morgenstern completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Sciences sociales, Sociétés contemporaines: enjeux politiques, éthiques et culturels from Faculté de Sciences Humaines et Sociales - Sorbonne (Université Paris Descartes) from 2014 to 2016. In the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Soziologie from Technische Universität Dresden. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they obtained a Licence degree in Sciences sociales from Faculté de Sciences Humaines et Sociales - Sorbonne (Université Paris Descartes). Additionally, in September 2022, Leonore Morgenstern obtained the certification "100 Mentorship Minutes" from adplist.org. It should be noted that information regarding the start and end years for the second Master's degree in Sociology from Technische Universität Dresden is not available.

WEVE is the US soft-landing partner for international startups. Our goal is to assist innovators in exploring new markets and achieving business growth by providing exceptional knowledge, connections, and resources. We collaborate with a network of public and private partners to deliver customized programs for startups across the globe. WEVE’s startups have a working product and traction in their home markets, and have raised at least a Seed Round of capital.
