Rafique Nadaf

Rafique Nadaf has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the automotive industry. Rafique currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at WeVee, where they are focused on accelerating the adoption of pure electric vehicles. Prior to this, Rafique worked at AW Rostamani Group as the General Manager of Strategy and Business Development, where they managed corporate strategy planning, balanced scorecard performance management, and corporate excellence initiatives. Rafique also held the role of Manager in the Quality Department at AW Rostamani Group. Rafique's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Officer of Customer Relations at Toyota Kirloskar Motor and as a Senior Service Engineer at TVS Motor Company.

Rafique Nadaf completed their BE in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, spanning from 1998 to 2002. Later, in 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy in Organizational Leadership from the London Business School. In terms of additional certifications, Rafique obtained a DQA/EFQM Certified Assessor qualification from the Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai in April 2009.
