Mathias Adorno

Mathias Adorno currently serves as Head de Operações at Vision One, overseeing operational journeys in the group's clinics and hospitals through standardized processes and clear objectives. Additionally, Mathias is a member of the board of directors at WeVets, Brazil's largest network of veterinary hospitals. Previously, Mathias held the position of Executive Director at Rede Primum, where responsibilities included developing high-quality business strategies and motivating teams. As Director of Corporate Development at Grupo Oncoclínicas, Mathias was involved in creating operational diligence models and integration playbooks. Mathias's career began at Drogaria Onofre, where multiple directorial roles focused on expansion and operational restructuring were undertaken. Early experience included a tenure as Regional Manager at Drogasil S/A, managing operations across numerous locations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Economics and Business Management from FGV and a degree in Pharmacy from Universidade Federal de Alfenas.
