Nicolas Hardy

Nicolas Hardy's work experience starts with their role as the Co-Founder of WeWard, where they launched the mobile application in 2019, aiming to motivate users to walk daily and fight against sedentary lifestyles, promote well-being, and reduce pollution. Prior to this, they worked at Smile Open Source Solutions as a Scrum Master/Tech Lead, leading development teams for various clients. Nicolas was responsible for gathering requirements, implementing technical architecture, overseeing development, providing technical support to developers, managing budgets and resources, and supervising Agile methodologies. Nicolas also worked as an Engineer in Studies and Development at Smile Open Source Solutions. Before that, they interned at SAP, where they implemented Business Intelligence solutions for internal divisions in terms of reporting and tested and suggested improvements for new R&D solutions. Nicolas Hardy pursued their education from 2008 to 2013 at EFREI - Grande école du numérique where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur. Their field of study focused on Technologies de l'information et de la communication. In 2010, they also briefly attended Staffordshire University, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
