Surya Sylverius

Surya Sylverius has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. In 2015, they worked as a Data Science Trainee at Safran, where they studied project configuration management activity workload and created predictions for future workload. From 2016 to 2019, they were employed at Thales, first as a Computer Science Engineer working on user interfaces for embedded military vehicles and smart visualization of data for the intelligence service, and later as a Data Science Research Trainee, conducting impact analysis of public transportation in Ile-de-France. In 2019, they joined Margo as a Software Engineer on a contract at BNP Paribas CIB, contributing to a derivative products tool and working on a research project on market makers hedging strategies. Currently, since September 2021, they are serving as a Backend/Lead Engineer at WeWard, responsible for API development, scaling and high performance, third-party integration, and team lead responsibilities.

Surya Sylverius holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which was earned from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, Surya completed an Engineer's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from CY Tech, following a course of study from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Surya obtained a certification in C++ Algorithms from TestDome in March 2020.
