Dawn Marie Polak, LEED AP, currently serves as the Director of Development at WeWork, where responsibilities include partnering with global enterprise accounts, developing best practices for pipeline creation, and formulating global real estate strategies. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Project Executive at LEVENBETTS and Technical Project Designer at Gensler, managing business development, project management, and client relationships on various notable projects. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Kent State University, a Master of Architecture from Parsons School of Design, and a degree in Digital Design and Fabrication from the University of Washington.
