Joe Fernandez

Joe Fernandez, CHFM, currently serves as the Senior Technical Services Manager for WeWork, overseeing operations across the U.S. and Canada since February 2024. Previously, Joe held the position of Executive Director for Facilities Management at Mercy College from August 2022 to February 2024. Joe’s extensive experience in facility operations includes a role as Facilities Operations Manager at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and various positions at Siemens Building Technologies, where responsibilities included project management and automation control programming. Additionally, Joe has experience as an HVAC Instructor at Lincoln Technical Institute and operated a mechanical firm, Core Technologies HVAC Mechanical Service. Joe's technical expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from The University of Arizona Global Campus and over 20 years in the HVAC industry.
