John Zhao

John Zhao, 56, has served as a director since July 2016. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hony Capital, a leading investment management firm in China, and Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Legend Holdings Corporation, a diversified investment holding company. John also serves as a director of Legend Holdings, Lenovo, China Glass Holdings, Best Food Holding Company, Hospital Corporation of China, Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Development, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology, ENN Ecological Holdings and International Elite. John brings to the board of directors extensive global leadership, including overseeing foreign company expansion into the Chinese market, and experience in strategy and finance.
