Kali Cardoza

Kali Cardoza is an accomplished sales and leasing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at WeWork, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Sales and Leasing for the Central + West regions since February 2018. Previously, Kali held several positions at Paycom, including New Jersey Sales Manager and Account Executive, contributing to the company's growth in cloud-based human capital management solutions. In addition to involvement at WeWork, Kali is a member of Chief, a rapidly growing organization supporting women in executive roles. Early career experiences include roles at IKON Office Solutions, OpsSec Security, Total Skin Care, and coaching at Elite Field Hockey. Kali holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with additional focus areas in Marketing, Law, and Organizational Behavior from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
