Nikeya Sharp possesses extensive experience in crisis management and support within various educational and corporate environments. Currently serving as Manager of Investigations and Threat Management for Global Security at WeWork, Nikeya previously held positions such as Assistant Director of Crisis Outreach & Support at Georgetown University and Student Support Specialist for Crisis Management at Purdue University. Additional experience includes roles at Dayton Early College Academy and the University of Dayton, where Nikeya contributed to advocacy, intervention, and prevention education initiatives. Nikeya is pursuing a Professional Certification in Project Management from Georgetown University and holds a Master of Science in Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Dayton.
