Ryan Connolly

Ryan Connolly serves as the Global Head of Digital Twin and Design Technology at WeWork, where responsibilities include managing a vast digital twin space of 34 million square feet and developing best practices for data integration across various teams. Ryan's extensive experience in the design technology sector includes roles such as Senior Design Technology Manager, Design Technology Manager, and Design Technology Lead, focusing on implementing digital twin strategies and collaborative solutions for global design projects. Prior roles include architectural design and BIM management at Huntsman Architectural Group and SmithGroup, as well as music direction and artistic leadership in various church and community organizations. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota, complemented by a Bachelor of Music from St. Olaf College.
