Sam Calder

Sam Calder is currently the Vice President and Global Head of All Access & Workplace Sales at WeWork, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Sam served as VP Sales for HqO, focusing on workplace experience solutions from February 2022 to January 2023. Sam's earlier roles at WeWork included Vice President and Head of US & Canada Enterprise Sales, as well as Senior Director of EMEA Enterprise Sales, where Sam took on the interim leadership for EMEA Enterprise for seven months. Sam has extensive experience in enterprise solutions within the real estate sector, having worked with large corporations and customized flexible solutions. Prior to these roles, Sam was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various positions, including Vice President of Equity Sales in Emerging Markets, contributing to a highly ranked equity sales team. Earlier career experience includes retail leasing at Newmark Knight Frank. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Union College.
