Jean-Christophe Conticello

Jean-Christophe Conticello has an extensive work experience that spans over several years. Jean-Christophe has held various roles in different companies and organizations.

In 2009, Jean-Christophe founded AVILO CAPITAL, where they served as the CEO and actively invested in early-stage ventures and incubated high-potential startups.

In 2013, Jean-Christophe founded WEMANITY, an innovative consulting and digital company. As the CEO, they led the company with agility and pioneered a new way of doing business.

From 2016, Jean-Christophe took on multiple roles simultaneously. Jean-Christophe became the Chairman and Founding Board Member of Le Club Agile Consortium France, a group focused on transforming Agile philosophy into a methodology-independent approach for businesses. Jean-Christophe also co-owned Spark the Change, an event aimed at inspiring and helping organizations create lasting and total change.

In 2016, Jean-Christophe co-founded WeDigital.Garden, a company that assists customers with their digital transformation and innovation projects in a user-centric, start-up approach. They specialize in using Service Design to build new products and services in the digital age.

In 2018, Jean-Christophe founded Wenation, an innovation ecosystem that brings together all the necessary skills for company transformation. Jean-Christophe served as the CEO and worked towards reinventing levers for future growth and boosting organizations.

During the same year, Jean-Christophe also became a co-founder of Wewyse, a company that helps businesses harness the power of data and artificial intelligence to achieve their full potential.

Starting in 2018, Jean-Christophe became a mentor for WeImpact, an organization that guides NGOs in their technological, cultural, and organizational transformation to create bigger positive impacts.

In 2021, Jean-Christophe co-founded Relive Music, and recently, in 2022, they became a board member of the French Tech Corporate Community.

Jean-Christophe Conticello attended Lacordaire from 1987 to 1994, where they studied Economics. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Prépa HEC ISMC La Cadenelle, focusing on Economics. Finally, from 1996 to 1998, they studied at Montpellier Business School, though the specific degree or field of study is not provided.
