Andy Schwarcz

Andy Schwarcz has extensive work experience in the legal field, specializing in securities and corporate governance law. Andy is currently the Vice President of Securities and Corporate Governance Law at WEX since July 2023. Andy previously held the roles of Senior Director at WEX from July 2021 to July 2023 and Corporate and Securities Law Director from November 2020 to July 2021. Before joining WEX, Andy worked as the Senior Corporate Counsel at Embold Health from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Shearwater Health from 2017 to 2019. Andy also held various positions at Delek US Holdings, including EVP/General Counsel/Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel and Vice President from 2007 to 2016. Andy started their legal career as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at America Service Group from 2004 to 2007.

Andy Schwarcz has a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a High School Diploma from Isidore Newman School.
