Christina Jackson

Christina Jackson currently serves as the Head of Legal Operations at WEX, having joined the company in November 2024. Prior to this role, Christina worked as an independent consultant in in-house legal operations, focusing on strategy and data analysis from September 2023 to November 2024. Christina’s previous experience includes positions such as Legal Operations Manager at Guardian Life, where responsibilities included process improvement and vendor management, and Legal Operations Manager, Vice President at State Street, focusing on e-billing and matter management. Additional roles encompass Director of Billing & Collections at Goodwin, and various positions at GE Global Law & Policy and Electric Insurance Company, all centered around legal operations, vendor management, and data analytics. Christina holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA with Honors in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford.
