David Moyna

David Moyna is a PCF-approved Finance Director at Optal Finance Europe (WEX), overseeing operational, regulatory, and corporate finance functions. With strategic and operational experience across various finance leadership roles, they have supported growth in multiple industries throughout Europe, working with established multinationals and Private Equity partners. Previously, David held the position of Finance Director at Covanta, where they managed the local financial oversight for significant infrastructure projects. Before that, they served as European Finance Director at Blackhawk Network, implementing a successful pan-European prepaid card program and managing financial functions. David began their career as an auditor with KPMG in Dublin.
