Harry Morgan is an experienced mixed methods UX researcher currently working at WEX. They lead end-to-end research projects focused on financial services products, IoT safety-based hardware, and commercial fleet technologies. Previously, Harry served as a UX researcher at Harvard University, where they conducted complex research supporting academic functions and improved IT services. Additionally, they held lecturer roles in Ancient History at both Harvard and the University of Oxford, culminating in published academic work. Harry holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Human Factors from Bentley University.
