Jagtar Narula

Jagtar Narula is the current Chief Financial Officer at WEX. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at 3D Systems Corporation from September 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Blackbaud from January 2014 to September 2020.

Narula began their career as a Principal at Core Capital Partners, a private equity / venture capital fund, where they were responsible for leading the deal process including developing a deal pipeline, evaluating business plans, developing investment thesis, performing market and competitive analysis, coordinating due diligence, performing financial analysis, negotiating term sheets, preparing internal memoranda, legal documentation and closing.

From 2007 to 2013, Narula served as the Vice President of Finance for Xerox's Office Solutions Business Group. In this role, they were the lead finance executive for a $7.5Bn division and supported the division president.

Narula has a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, financial management, business development and corporate finance. Jagtar is a results-oriented and hands-on leader with the ability to operate effectively in both start-up environments as well as large, complex organizations.

Jagtar Narula pursued an MBA in finance from The Wharton School and also holds a degree from University at Buffalo.
