Kaylyn O'Brien

Kaylyn O'Brien, EdD, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management & Talent Development at WEX since November 2018, leading initiatives to strategically acquire and deploy talent throughout the organization. With extensive experience in talent management roles, O'Brien previously held several positions at WEX including Sr. Manager and Manager of Talent Management. Prior to joining WEX, O'Brien worked at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from August 2013 to August 2018, ultimately serving as Assistant Director of Leadership Programs, where responsibilities included directing the HWS Leads program and implementing Title IX programming. O'Brien earned a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Public Affairs from University College Dublin, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Critical Social Theory and Public Policy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
