Kimberly Simard is currently the VP - HR Business Partner at WEX, where they develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results while supporting senior leadership. Previously, Kimberly held various roles at L.L.Bean, including Director of Marketing Services and Director of Retail Finance, where they led teams responsible for budgeting and forecasting substantial revenues. Kimberly's career began at PwC, working as a Staff Accountant and Senior Staff Accountant, focusing on audits for a range of clients. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Boston College.
