Phil Hayes

Phil Hayes has a diverse work experience, starting as a Branch Manager at US Bank in 2006. In this role, they provided exceptional customer service and managed a team of managers, personal bankers, customer service representatives, and tellers. Phil was responsible for financial and operational goals and coached their team to reach their performance and career goals. Phil then transitioned to WEX in 2015, where they held various roles including Regional Sales Director and Vice President Enterprise Sales. As a Regional Sales Director, they established and cultivated relationships with insurance broker and consultant offices. In their current role as Vice President, Sales - Midwest at WEX, they are responsible for developing and managing sales strategies in the Midwest region.
