Richard (Rick) Knowles has extensive experience in quality assurance and software engineering, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer at WEX since December 2018, previously holding roles as Software QA Manager, Software QA Team Lead, and Software QA Engineer 3. Prior to WEX, Rick worked at Nelson & Townsend as an Accountant from August 2004 to December 2019, and briefly as a Programmer/Analyst at RS&I Inc. in 2017. Rick also gained experience at Intel Security from July 2014 to August 2017, where roles included Software Engineer and Software Test Engineer. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Idaho State University (1995-2002) and a Certification in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from the College of Eastern Idaho (2018-2020).
