John Grady

John Grady has extensive experience in urban development and real estate, with a focus on driving economic growth and job creation in Philadelphia. John currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Northeast Region Executive at Wexford Science & Technology, LLC. Prior to this, they served as the President of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) for nearly nine years, where they led strategies, resources, and partnerships to promote investment and development in the city. Before becoming President, they served as the Executive Vice President at PIDC, overseeing commercial and industrial land development.
