Larry Cambra

Larry Cambra, MBA, has over 25 years of diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Larry started their career as a Team Member in GT Bicycles and Haro Bicycles, where they achieved multiple World and National BMX racing championships.

Larry then transitioned to the County of Santa Barbara, where they began as an intern and worked their way up to become an Auditor. In this role, they ensured the county's financial integrity and promoted efficient government practices.

Moving into the private sector, Larry joined Global Brand Marketing as a Financial Analyst. Larry was responsible for assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, implementing best practices, and building financial models. Larry also played a key role in driving growth and profitability for the company.

Larry's next career move was to Cushman & Wakefield, where they started as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Larry then transitioned to CBRE as a First Vice President in Commercial Real Estate Advisory & Transaction Services. During their time at CBRE, Larry doubled the size of their team, created a market-leading vision, and operated under the EOS model to increase transparency and collaboration.

Most recently, Larry joined Wexford Science & Technology, LLC as Vice President, Leasing. Starting in 2023, they bring their expertise in leasing to Wexford Science & Technology, LLC.

Throughout their career, Larry has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, exceptional work ethic, and a commitment to achieving results. Larry'sexperience spans various industries and roles, showcasing their versatility and adaptability.

Larry Cambra, MBA, has pursued an education focused on business and real estate. Larry attended the University of San Diego, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Graduate School of Business. Prior to their MBA, Larry completed their undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara, where they earned a BA in Business Economics with a concentration in Accounting. Larry's education journey began at Foothill High School, and they later furthered their knowledge of real estate at San Diego State University.
