Samantha Turner is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in managing diverse property portfolios and facilitating complex transactions. Since February 2009, Samantha has served as Senior Real Estate Manager at Weyerhaeuser, overseeing a portfolio of over 120 properties across the US and Canada. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Transaction Manager at CBRE, where significant lease transactions for the Washington Mutual Account totaled over $38 million, and as Senior Leasing Representative at Unico Properties, managing leasing efforts for a major urban tract. Samantha began their career as a Leasing Representative at Alexander Commercial Real Estate and held positions at Trammell Crow Company and JMB Properties, focusing on lease administration and market research.
