Stephen Harms

Stephen Harms is an accomplished professional in the lumber industry, currently serving as the Director of Lumber Sales at Weyerhaeuser since July 2017. In this role, Stephen oversees all lumber sales from 19 sawmills and leads a team of dedicated sales representatives across the US, Canada, and Asia. Previously, Stephen held various management positions within Weyerhaeuser, including Unit General Manager of the Longview lumber mill and a key role in one of North America's most productive facilities. With a strong background in strategic product management and value proposition leadership, Stephen has successfully navigated industry challenges while fostering exceptional manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction. Stephen's career began at Fletcher Challenge Canada as an Engineer in Training, followed by diverse roles in project management and plant engineering, complemented by a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and an MBA in Industrial Management from Simon Fraser University.
