Wes Tracy

Wes Tracy is a seasoned forestry and logistics professional with extensive experience in managing harvesting operations and transportation systems. Currently serving as the Business Functional Lead for Transportation Logistics Integration at Weyerhaeuser since May 2021, Wes leads a project for a new transportation management system across 12 states, enhancing customer delivery capabilities. Prior roles at Weyerhaeuser include Harvest Manager and Company Harvest Manager, overseeing safety, production, and costs on large tree farms. Wes's background also includes positions as Procurement Manager at Neiman Enterprises, Inventory Analyst at F&W Forestry Services, and A.R.R.A. Forester with the Georgia Forestry Commission. With a BS in Forest Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Georgia, Wes completed the AgForestry Leadership Program from 2018 to 2021, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the forestry sector.
