Nicola Broeksma

Nicola Broeksma has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nicola started their career in 2009 at HomeChoice as a Trainee and Merchandise Planner. Nicola then joined TFG (The Foschini Group) as a Merchandise Planner from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they worked at PEP as a Merchandise Planner and later as a Merchandise Senior Planner and Planning Manager from 2014 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Procurement at Weylandts since 2023. Throughout their roles, Nicola has demonstrated skills in managing employees, ensuring compliance with policies, and developing sales strategies.

Nicola Broeksma has a diverse education history. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Stellenbosch Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, Nicola pursued their interest in Dramatics/Theatre Arts at Stellenbosch University and completed a Bdram degree. Continuing their academic journey, they attended Stellenbosch University from 2003 to 2005, earning a Bcom Econometrical Analysis degree with a focus on Applied Economics, specifically economics and mathematical statistics.
