Wezesha Impact (formerly MCE Uganda) works to improve the employment outcomes of youth in Africa. Our purpose is to prepare youth to thrive socially and economically.

We do this by running an innovative and experiential program equipping out of school youth and youth enrolled in vocational training with entrepreneurship, employability, and skills in civic engagement.

This experience then enables
        1. Find and thrive in employment
        2. Start and grow businesses and
        3.  Actively address local community issues
