James Yool

James Yool has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. James is currently working as the Director of Commercial Banking at WFCU Credit Union since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Meridian Credit Union as the Director & Team Lead of Commercial Banking from August 2018 to March 2021, and also as the Director of Commercial Banking from April 2018 to August 2018. Before joining Meridian, James worked at Forbes Capital & Treasury Advisory as the Director & Corporate Financing Specialist from February 2017 to August 2018. James started their career at CIBC, where they held the position of Senior Manager and Team Leader from July 2012 to February 2017. James' early career includes a role as a Senior Commercial Account Manager in Construction & Real Estate Services at RBC Royal Bank from May 2007 to August 2012.

James Yool attended the University of Guelph from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOMM) degree in Economics. James also pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Masters of Arts degree in Economics during the same time period.
