Adam Miles

Adam Miles is the current VP of Business Development South Central at HES Facilities Management. Adam has over 15 years of experience in the facilities management industry.

Adam began their career in 2005 as a regional account manager for a small cleaning and maintenance company. In 2007, they transitioned to a larger company, Southern Management Services, where they eventually became the Chief Business Officer and Managing Partner. During their time at Southern Management Services, Adam was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and developing new business opportunities.

In 2016, Adam left Southern Management Services to join Fuller Industries LLC as their National Accounts manager. At Fuller Industries, Adam was responsible for developing relationships with new clients and overseeing special projects.

In 2020, Adam returned to the facilities management industry when they joined HES Facilities Management as their VP of Business Development South Central. In this role, Adam is responsible for growing the company's business in the South Central region of the United States.

Adam Miles attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where they earned their Bachelor's degree.
