Corporate VP, HR at HES Facilities Management

Philip Gilbert is the current Corporate VP of HR at HES Facilities Management. Prior to this, they were with Clarios, Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc., and GCA Services Group, Inc. where they held the title of Human Resources Director - Commercial Group. Philip has also been a Petty Officer 2nd Class in the United States Navy.

Philip Gilbert began their career in human resources at Cone Mills Corporation in 1990 as an Assistant Personnel Manager. Philip was promoted to Assistant Human Resources Manager in 1992 and then Employment Manager in 1993. Philip left Cone Mills in 1997 to become the Human Resources Manager at Johnson Controls. Philip remained with Johnson Controls until 2006 when they joined GCA Services Group, Inc. as their Human Resources Director. Philip held this position until 2011 when they were promoted to Human Resources Director - Commercial Group. Philip left GCA Services Group, Inc. in 2015 to join Clarios as their corporate VP of HR.

Philip Gilbert completed their BS in Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and then went on to get their MBA in Masters in Business Adminstrative from High Point University.

Philip Gilbert reports to Charlie Spencer, President & CEO. Philip Gilbert works with Mark Ryerson - Senior Regional Manager, Stephen Golson - SVP, Central & West Region, and Josh Helton - SVP, South Central Region.
