Russell Leboff

Russell Leboff is the Vice President of Business Development for ESS, a company that provides staffing solutions for substitute teachers and support staff as well as permanent placement of support positions so educators can focus on their core mission of educating students.

Russell has been with ESS since April 2016, and in their current role, they oversee the company's business development efforts in the Mid-Atlantic and North Georgia regions.

Prior to joining ESS, Russell worked in various sales and marketing roles for a number of companies in a variety of industries. Russell has always been passionate about education, and they are excited to be able to use their skills and experience to help ESS make a positive impact on the educational experiences of students, staff, and the community.

Russell Leboff completed a BA in Psychology at The University of Georgia.
