Scott Zimmerman

Scott Zimmerman is currently the SVP of the Mid-Atlantic region for HES Facilities Management. Prior to their current position, Scott served as a regional manager for ESS from June 2018 to May 2020. Before that, they were the VP of operations for GCA Services Group from June 2006 to January 2018.

Scott Zimmerman graduated from Sullivan South High School and then went on to earn their Bachelor’s Degree from East Tennessee State University.

They work with Mark Ryerson - Senior Regional Manager, Collins Onyando - Regional Manager, and Dave Makar - CFO. Scott Zimmerman reports to Charlie Spencer, President & CEO. A direct report to Scott Zimmerman is and Russell Leboff - VP, Business Development Mid-Atlantic & N. Georgia.
