Tod Eskra

Tod Eskra is the SVP, Sales & Marketing at HES Facilities Management. Prior to their current position, they were the Director - Human Capital Management - Global Enterprise Solutions at ADP from January 2013 to December 2015. Tod was responsible for developing and leading a new up-market segment in existing territory focused on selling an entire suite of solutions to Fortune 500 companies. With a high eight figure aggressive annual quota, they led a team of direct reports, channel partners and global sales and key account managers. Tod partnered with marketing and sales ops around competitive analysis, marketing materials, commercial go-to-market strategy, and account penetration. Tod established comp plans, sales goals and quotas. Tod coached their team on sales performance, account development and client relations.

Under Eskra's leadership, the perennially underperforming territory turned around and led the team to YOY growth. Tod secured net-new-share accounts and developed and promoted a Global Sales Manager to Sales Director.

Tod Eskra received their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
