Greg Lamberty

Greg Lamberty is an experienced Telecom Engineer with a strong background in managing enterprise telecommunications systems. Currently serving as Telecom Engineer 3 at WFG Title Company of California since August 2018, Greg oversees the ShoreTel enterprise environment, providing support for over 80 locations and more than 1,000 users. Previously, as Sr Systems Engineer at AGC Networks US, Greg delivered advanced technical support for the ShoreTel product line, resolving numerous customer cases monthly. At DIRECTV, Greg held the role of Network Administrator, where responsibilities included configuring routers, administering VoIP systems, and troubleshooting various telecom and network issues across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes serving as an independent contractor at Network General, where Greg specialized in network assessments and performance troubleshooting.
