Adela Skowronski

Adela Skowronski has a diverse work experience in various roles. Adela began their career as an Assistant Tour Manager at the TAKE ME TO THE RIVER EDUCATION INITIATIVE in 2017. In the same year, they also served as a Music Editor for MiddleWestern Voice Magazine, where they were responsible for soliciting music submissions and promoting the magazine on campus.

From 2016 to 2020, Adela worked at WRSE 88.7 FM, the Elmhurst College Radio station, as a Radio Disc Jockey and later as the Director of Public Relations. During this time, they gained experience as an On-Air Personality and managed public relations activities.

In 2018, Adela joined United Talent Chicago as an Administrative Assistant, where they provided administrative support for the company.

Starting in 2019, they worked at WPNA 103.1 FM as an On Air Personality, where they co-hosted weekday afternoons and curated content for the show. Adela also interviewed guests for the WPNA Podcast and managed content curation for social media platforms.

In 2020, Adela took on a role as a Blogger for WPNA 103.1 FM, where they contributed blog posts to the station's website.

From 2012 to the present, Adela has worked as a Freelance Musician, providing cello services for weddings, recording sessions, and gigs. Adela also worked as a private music teacher for various instruments and age groups.

Currently, Adela is employed at WFMT as a Production Assistant and Content Creator, where they are responsible for creating content and assisting with production tasks.

Adela Skowronski pursued their education at Elmhurst University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business.
