Lizzy Thomas

Lizzy Thomas is a dedicated professional with significant experience in community and digital organizing, focusing on social justice and advocacy. Currently serving as a Digital Organizer for the Working Families Party since September 2020, Lizzy previously worked as a Community Organizer for Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi, where responsibilities included managing volunteer programs and leading advocacy efforts at the Tennessee General Assembly. Prior roles include an Early Childhood Well-being Intern at the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth and various positions with Community Refugee and Immigration Services, enhancing support for refugee communities. Lizzy holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Capital University, reflecting a strong educational foundation in social justice and community engagement.
