Allison Conyers has extensive experience in various roles focused on equity, inclusion, and organizational development. Allison is currently the Director of Equity, People, Inclusion, and Culture (EPIC) at the Working Families Party. Prior to that, Allison worked as an Executive Coach and Capacity Building Consultant as an Independent Consultant. Allison also served as the Senior Director of Fellowships at Leadership for Educational Equity and as the Vice President of Programs at the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities. Earlier in their career, Allison worked as a Communications Specialist at the Campaign for the Fair Sentencing of Youth, as the Director of Communications at NFPRHA, as an Account Associate at McKinney & Associates, and as the National Communications Coordinator at ACORN.

Allison Conyers, MSOD has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from American University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Howard University.
